Welcome to Wisborough Green Juniors

2025 season

We are eagerly looking forward to the start of the 2025 season and in particular starting Junior training on the green from Friday 25th April 2025

Wisborough Green Cricket Club (WGCC) is an inclusive Club welcoming all Juniors from Reception age (U5) to U16 to have fun whilst learning the skills and knowledge about how to play cricket. We have 8 ECB qualified coaches which support the different age group training on a Friday evening and for league matches. We will have 5 teams competing in a local league on a Saturday or Sunday morning from May to July. We have a girls section which has developed enormously over the last two years and will be entering an under 13 team into the local girls league.

We retained our ECB Clubmark accreditation in 2022 which shows that the Club is sustainable, well run and provides the right environment for its members. Clubmark accreditation also means our Club is recognised as a safe, rewarding and fulfilling place for participants of all ages, as well as assuring parents and carers that they are choosing the right option for their young people.

The registration costs for 2025 season are as follows :

  • Under 5’s – U9’s : £50
  • Under 10 – Under 16 : £60 plus £3 match fee

Pre-season nets for Under 10 – under 14’s at The Weald school in Billingshurst : Sunday 2,9,16 & 23rd March and 6 & 13 April from 2:15pm to 3:45pm
